Andy Adewale - Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Unleash is Andy's brain child.
Following graduation from the University of Kent at Canterbury with a Master of Arts degree in Business Management and Marketing, Andy has worked within the UK Financial Services Industry for over 20 years and has held various Sales Management positions. His introduction to the industry was with FPS (Management) Limited followed by General Portfolio, Colonial (UK) Limited, Positive Solutions Financial Services Limited and, prior to creating Unleash, was the co-founder and the Executive Chairman of Mint Financial Services Limited – a company which under his leadership was voted by Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as the 22nd fastest growing company in the United Kingdom as at October 2007.
Andy’s enthusiasm for the business and his commitment to fair treatment of people is unrivalled. His passion in life is to rid the industry of those who step on other people’s toes in order to achieve success. He also likes to ensure that everyone he meets takes massive actions to better themselves in life. Andy has a long time partner and a young family and he is a football fanatic, supporting Arsenal Football Club.
Martyn Edwards - Operations Director
Along with Andy, Martyn was instrumental in the idea and the birth of Unleash.
Martyn has gained Certificates and Diplomas in Management studies from colleges including Stocksbridge and North Notts. He has worked within the UK Financial Services Industry for over 15 years and has held various advisory and sales positions, both with the Prudential Assurance and as an Independent Financial Adviser with a successful advisory practice.On the creation of Unleash Martyn accepted the position of Operations Director and a seat on the board of Unleash.
Martyn has the overall goal of ensuring that Unleash Adviser Partners enjoy superior service experience and a positive interaction with the network, whilst maintaining a professional and personal contact with them. Martyn shares similar level of enthusiasm for the business as Andy (Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Unleash) and he is dedicated to fair treatment of partners, staff, product providers and clients.
Gary Hines - Training & Development Manager
Following an early career in HM Forces Gary moved into Financial Services in 1991.
Working mainly in direct sales for Norwich Union and Prudential. After graduating with a degree in Financial Services he joined Friends Provident in 1998 working as a Business Sales Consultant within the Corporate Pensions market. Prior to joining Unleash he worked in Financial Services as the Network Trainer. Gary brings a wealth of experience in Financial Services and describes his approach to work as passionate, energetic, driven, creative and visionary, underpinned by a healthy sense of humour.
Gary enjoys spending time with family and friends. Other interests include travel, skiing, golf and riding his motorbike on sunny Sundays. His long term goal is to be declined an impaired life annuity in his 70’s.
