Unleash Money Education Partnership (UMEP)
“If you think education is expensive, try ignorance”
Derek Bok -
Unleash Money Education Partnership is a commitment of the Founder of Unleash Advice Partnership Ltd to raise the financial awareness and capability of our future generations.
The initiative is a charitable (not for profit) partnership initiative aimed at giving something back to our community.
How does it work?
Whilst good understanding of financial matters can stand an individual in good stead
through their life stages, it is generally recognised that the level of financial
literacy throughout the adult population in the UK is low with the result being over-
Unleash’s commitment is to draw on untapped knowledge and resources and help to empower future generations with the tools and understanding to make their financial lives more fulfilling and richer, whilst avoiding the mistakes of their parents and grandparents.
The UMEP initiative is aimed at improving financial literacy by working with leaders in the field of education and educational establishments.
Our Directors and selected Independent Financial Advisers will, on a voluntary basis, work with teachers in schools and colleges by providing and delivering a program of tailored, quality, financial capability workshops, lectures and tutorials to pupils in schools and colleges around the UK. The syllabus will cover financial security strategies and ideas to prepare them for financial and other successes in adulthood. These are ideas that are not usually thought about in schools, colleges or universities in the UK.
If you or your school or college is interested in partnering Unleash in this exciting initiative, please feel free to contact us for a no obligation initial discussion with our Chief Executive Officer.
